Automotive Mechanic
Job Summary
Join our team as an Automotive Mechanic and become an essential part of delivering high-quality suspension, alignment, tire, and mechanical services. We are looking for a dependable, punctual, and hardworking individual who takes pride in their workmanship and can perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will have experience with suspension systems, wheel alignments, lift kits, lowering kits, steering components, and general automotive repairs. Candidates must have their own tools, be reliable, and be able to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform wheel alignments accurately and efficiently on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair suspension and steering system concerns.
- Install lift kits, leveling kits, lowering kits, shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints, tie rods, and other suspension components.
- Perform tire installations, balancing, repairs, and related services.
- Diagnose mechanical, suspension, and drivability issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs based on safety and performance concerns.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, alignment equipment, and diagnostic tools safely and effectively.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures when performing repairs and modifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently with team members to meet productivity goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred.
- Alignment experience is required.
- Extensive suspension and steering repair experience is required.
- Experience installing lift kits, leveling kits, lowering kits, and performance suspension components.
- Strong understanding of steering geometry, suspension systems, and alignment specifications.
- Ability to diagnose suspension, tire wear, and handling concerns.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Must provide your own tools.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and perform physically demanding work.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
