Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of Hotel room spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and cleaning detergents including bathrooms.
- Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met across all areas
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively for cleaning surfaces and outdoor work as needed
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the cleaning process
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning, carpet care, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, and manual handling activities
- Effective client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper application techniques
- Experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required
