Young Scholars is hiring exceptional AP Biology instructors.
Previous experience teaching AP Biology is required.
Candidates who can also teach additional science AP subjects will be highly considered.
This is a part-time position. Classes are held afternoons, evenings, and weekends. All classes take place at our learning centers in San Marino and La Crescenta.
About our company
Young Scholars Institute offers individualized tutoring and college counseling for K–12 students. We provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in all subjects, including AP and Honors courses. Each student receives a customized learning plan based on his or her academic needs. Our goal is to help students maximize their chances for academic success!
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Must have at least one year of teaching experience or relevant experience
Compensation
The pay rate for this position will be determined based on your educational background and relevant experience. Please note: the compensation range listed on Indeed is an estimate and may not reflect the actual pay for this role.
