Westminster Canterbury Richmond and Parson Health Care are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Day Shift team. Shift: 7 am to 7pm, Every other weekend required

Your Mission:
- Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting them with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care and attention.
- Keep management informed of any changes in resident condition, facilitating prompt and effective communication.
- Collaborate in the development and documentation of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) to tailor care to each resident's needs.
- Maintain a secure environment for residents, promptly reporting any changes in status or condition.
Qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide license in good standing in the State of Virginia.
