Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Machine/Fabricate parts to print specifications.
- Follow Standard Work.
- Maintain Daily Performance Charts accurately.
- Meet or exceed individual Policy Deployment Goals.
- Support Time Available and not be in the Disciplinary Action status.
- Communicate quality problems to supervision.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules and regulations.
- Must be willing to cross train, and/or fill in as required due to personnel shortages due to vacations or illness.
- Notify Team Leader of any shortages of materials needed to complete scheduled jobs.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance as required.
- Perform Value Added tasks and processes as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements:
- Horizontal or Vertical machining experience.
- Ability to read and understand blue prints.
- Knowledge of G-Code Programming.
- Basic tooling and fixturing knowledge.
- Outstanding work ethics.
- Quality driven.
- Knowledge of different types of measuring equipment – calipers, bore gages, thread gages, taper gages, micrometers, etc.
- Takes an active part in Problem Solving.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 45 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand 8 hours daily.

Base Pay: From $18.00 per hour
