Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist for an on-site position based in Schaumburg, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will actively engage in prospecting, presenting solutions, managing contracts, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the business's overall success.

- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong ability to identify, analyze, and act on new market opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the services, technology, or consulting industries is a plus
