Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Extra hours may start as early as 5:00 AM and conclude at 3:30 PM. Saturday shifts may be required between 5:00/6:00 AM-11:00 AM.
Operating hours may fluctuate according to production demands.

Core Responsibilities

Extract completed components from laser-cut and punch-cut sheet metal sheets.

Utilize manual tools and specialized machinery to eliminate burrs and surface irregularities.

Ensure the integrity of components by performing thorough quality checks before they proceed to the next station.

Interpret production documentation and adhere to specific manufacturing guidelines.

Sort components by their designated job codes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Operate grinders and deburring tools safely to improve the efficiency of the production line.

Detect and communicate any material defects or quality issues to management.

Keep your workstation tidy and orderly to promote a safer environment for the entire team.

Provide support to other manufacturing departments whenever necessary.

Uphold all established safety and quality protocols to ensure a high standard of output.
Required Qualifications

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in using a tape measure and conducting basic measurements.
