Job Summary

Duties
- Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution
- Handle hand tools and power tools safely to perform conduit bending, wiring, and other electrical tasks
- Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems according to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and NFPA 70 compliance
- Help with electrical blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters
- Follow strict safety procedures related to electrical work, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols
- Contribute to construction site activities such as framing carpentry, conduit routing, wiring, and system testing
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Basic knowledge of the use of hand tools and power tools
- Experience with conduit bending, electrical wiring, low voltage systems, and electrical systems installation is advantageous
- Construction site experience or background in construction trades is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail with excellent safety protocol adherence at all times
- Ability to work effectively on construction sites involving high voltage work or complex electrical systems
