JOB REQUIREMENTS:
If you are an enthusiastic, driven and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA), you’ll be a great fit for our company. We are looking for part-time and full-time (per-diem) Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LBAs) to join our team at ground level and be well-positioned to grow with us as our clients, staff, and company flourishes. At STARS ABA CARE, it is important that all of our staff be skilled professionals who love children, are committed to learning and professional development, and are eager to partner with families and create meaningful change. Sessions are provided in clients’ homes and in community locations during hours and days that are convenient for both you and the families you will be servicing, with the possibility of some hours performed remotely at the location of your choice.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LBAs) at STARS ABA CARE include:
- Conducting initial intake assessments for new clients
- Creating comprehensive treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Analyzing data, reviewing, and updating client treatment plans on a regular basis
- Conducting skill-based and functional behavior assessments
- Interacting with parents and caregivers and providing family guidance and support
- Supervising and directing behavior technicians assigned to client cases
- Coordinating care with other providers
- Writing progress reports
- Obtaining authorizations and reauthorizations from third-party payors
- Reporting to Clinical Director for ongoing support to maintain quality of cases
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Job Requirements of Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LBAs) at STARS ABA CARE include:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with BACB
- Current Texas licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Experience working with children with ASD (pay commensurate with experience)
- Demonstrated leadership experience, superior interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attentive to detail, responsive to feedback
- Must love working with children and families!
- Access to reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
