Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, to transport guests and staff across designated routes.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Load and unload luggage or equipment as needed, often involving heavy lifting to support guest needs.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or incidents during transit.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, guests, and team members using effective verbal skills to coordinate schedules and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and out to uphold a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or commercial driving is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting with luggage or equipment; physical stamina is essential.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Prior experience in customer service roles that require clear communication and positive engagement.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as needed for operational coverage.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
