Commercial Swimming Pool Superintendent
The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and oversees personnel as required to successfully complete the project. Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
This includes overseeing all subcontractor and field personnel, while ensuring that all work completed meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and high-quality standard of our company.
Communicates with customers on a daily basis to discuss the status of project, to proactively identify and resolve problems and to assure that the customer is kept up to date about the status of the work.
Maintains positive relationships with customers and subcontractors as well as ensures all personnel and subcontracts are adhering to the company safety policy.
Experience in the swimming pool industry required. Must be able to read and understand plans, be familiar with phases of swimming pool construction, and delegate multiple jobs.
Drivers license is required, along with clean driving record.
Compensation is salary based on experience
5 years minimum experience in the commercial department please.
