Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting candies
- Provide expert advice on allergy specific candies and go in depth on product ingredients
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is attractive and well-maintained to promote sales
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and assisting with product replenishment and merchandising strategies
- Support e-commerce operations by processing online orders and coordinating with in-store stock availability
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening actively, addressing inquiries promptly, and building lasting relationships with shoppers
- Represent the Brand effectively through meticulous uniform and personal presentation. when our customers walk in they should see you as a representation of our style and branding
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
- Experience with retail sales techniques, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and inventory control efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in retail math
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with retail math concepts such as discounts, pricing strategies, and stock calculations
