Extension is seeking an Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients located in Oshkosh, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts while delivering exceptional service and support.
- Review technical drawings and customer requirements to prepare accurate quotes and pricing.
- Process orders, monitor order status, and communicate updates regarding pricing, deliveries, and changes.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain product knowledge, pricing procedures, and company policies to support customer success.
- Build strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous customer service or account management experience in a manufacturing environment (PCB experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers and technical information.
