Assist families with services, rates and long-term care insurance.

Documentation & Supervisory visits for caregivers and nurses.

Qualifications:

FL RN license
-
Driver’s License
-
Current CPR Card
-
Experience in Home Health/Private Duty preferred

Reliable transportation/Auto Insurance

Level 2 background check required

Certificate from Alzheimer’s 2 hr course (Dept of elder affairs)

1 hr training video Alzheimer’s (Dept of elder affairs)
-
Physical/TB done within last 6 months
