Job Title: Packaging Technician
Job Summary: Join The Flower Shop as a Packaging Technician and become an integral part of our product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily packaging and labeling of cannabis products, employing both hands-on techniques and automated equipment. Your responsibilities will extend to operating machinery efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and upholding a safe and hygienic work environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, package, and count products, maintaining a high level of precision.
- Complete daily production tasks as directed by management.
- Organize and label SKUs effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with labeling, forms, and packaging standards.
- Conduct quality control audits to identify any product issues and report them immediately.
- Adhere to all packaging procedures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Calculate basic measurements and weights.
- Follow safety protocols diligently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Apply labels and stickers to products accurately.
- Prepare packing materials, including bags, containers, and labels.
- Complete daily janitorial duties in the processing area and for equipment.
- Participate in and complete company compliance training.
- Adhere to all medical and recreational regulations set by the Arizona Department of Health.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in operating scales and other packaging equipment.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Must be able to stand for long durations.
