JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the fitness/wellness supervisor, perform duties related to chair massage therapy. We are looking for a massage therapist to help with a session on 8/13 from 630am-1030am near W Eisenhower Blvd/Cascade Ave. You need your own chair.
We often need multiple massage therapists ALL OVER THE CITY since we are a mobile wellness company so PLEASE SEND YOUR INFO to be added to our list to receive notice of future massage events.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The goal of the massage therapist is to effect positive change in people's life style through relaxation and wellness education and practices. Prefer previous chair massage therapy experience.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with participants, and co-workers.
Ability to reason, problem solve and resolve conflicts effectively.
Must have a good work ethic; be reliable, on time and dependable. Ensures all possible safety measures are observed.
Communicates and enforces facility and class policies and procedures. Responds to emergency situations as required and maintains accurate accident and incident reports.
Provides excellent customer service, including interacting with participants to answer questions and resolve problems. Reports any issues and concerns to supervisor.
