Chiropractic Receptionist
We are looking for an energetic, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Patient Experience
● Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
● Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally.
● patient check-in/check-out and collect payments.
● Communicate effectively
Scheduling & Patient Flow
● Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
● Assist with patient flow and set patients up for therapy.
Insurance & Billing
● Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities.
● Submit insurance claims and post payments accurately.
Office Operations & Organization
● Maintain organized patient records and office documentation.
● Keep the front office clean, and organized,
● Order and maintain office supplies.
General Administrative Duties
● Complete assigned tasks promptly and follow through to completion.
● Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
● Ability to multitask
● Comfortable learning new software
● Professional, positive, and calm under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour
