Earn $75,000–$135,000+ Per Year
Uncapped Commission + Guaranteed Minimum Pay
This position offers the best of both worlds: unlimited earning potential and income stability.
You will be paid on a commission basis with no cap on earnings, allowing top performers to earn well into six figures. To provide additional peace of mind, we offer a guaranteed minimum pay each pay period. You will receive whichever is greater — your earned commission or the guaranteed minimum.
Typical earnings: $1,500–$3,000+ per week.

We are seeking experienced Heavy Duty CDL Tow Truck Drivers who take pride in their work and are committed to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Important: This position requires both a valid CDL and prior heavy-duty towing experience. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty tow trucks and recovery equipment, including:
- Rotators
- Heavy wreckers
- Landolls
- Lowboys
- Car haulers
- Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and complex recovery situations
- Safely transport vehicles and equipment to designated locations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete and maintain accurate Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
- Manage Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs)
- Promptly report any mechanical issues, defects, or safety concerns
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely
- Collect payments when applicable
- Perform roadside assistance services
Qualifications
Required
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Prior heavy-duty towing and recovery experience
- Clean driving record
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Recovery and rigging experience
- WreckMaster or similar certifications
- Experience operating specialized recovery equipment
- Experience working with Towbook software
