Position Details
Position: Part-Time Maintenance Work Camper
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Weekends and holidays are required.
Compensation: Complimentary site rent
Important Requirement: This position requires living on-site in your own RV. It is ideal for RV travelers or those looking to enjoy the RV lifestyle while working in a beautiful campground setting.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Work Camper, you'll help maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of Cove Creek RV Resort. You'll assist with a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping tasks to ensure our campsites, rental units, and amenities are well cared for and ready for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain campground grounds and common areas.
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Complete preventative maintenance on campground facilities and rental units.
- Help prepare rental units for arriving guests.
- Maintain pools, playgrounds, and other community amenities.
- Monitor campground utilities and report maintenance concerns.
- Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests while following company safety standards.
Qualifications
- General maintenance, construction, or handyman experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must own an RV and be able to live on-site.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
