How you'll make an impact

Help the branch stay organized and responsive by supporting day-to-day workflow and routine client needs.
- Use the right tools, follow process steps, and keep data, documents, and timelines on track.
- Help production and client service colleagues by taking on tasks that make service smoother for clients. This kind of work fits Gallagher’s focus on doing the right thing, being service-minded, and working together toward shared goals.

About You
Required:
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Preferred:

Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Previous experience managing client relationships.
