As an Enrollment Team Member, you will meet directly with customers, provide exceptional customer support, and introduce customers to high-speed fiber internet solutions that improve how families connect at home.

Responsibilities of the Enrollment Team Member
- Engage with customers to provide support and introduce Kinetic Fiber internet services.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and service upgrades while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer consultations to understand household connectivity needs and recommend the best internet and communication solutions.
- Demonstrate Kinetic Fiber products including high-speed internet, home connectivity solutions, and outstanding customer service.
- Guide customers through service enrollment and basic troubleshooting to ensure a smooth start.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, sales conversations, and service updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers through follow-up and personalized support.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications for the Enrollment Team Member
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technology and internet services clearly to customers.
- Comfortable working in customer-facing environments.
- Motivated, outgoing, and eager to develop sales and business skills.
- Ability to learn new products, promotions, and fiber internet solutions quickly.
Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
