Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead production employees, and ensure production
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities and personnel
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
- Coordinate with Quality, Production Control, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to support efficient operations.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste
Preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience working with OEM customers
