BioRevive Med & Wellness Spa is seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing aesthetic team. This role focuses on delivering natural-looking results through advanced injectable and laser treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, skilled in aesthetic procedures, and committed to building long-term patient relationships within a supportive small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer aesthetic laser and energy-based treatments such as IPL, laser hair removal, RF microneedling, skin tightening, and resurfacing
- Perform microneedling and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-care care instructions
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through exceptional service
- Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with medical protocols
- Collaborate effectively with the aesthetic team to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in aesthetic nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Active California RN or NP license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine preferred
- Experience performing cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Experience with aesthetic lasers, RF microneedling, skin tightening, IPL, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build patient trust and create long-term relationships
- Strong sales and consultation skills with the ability to confidently recommend treatment plans, packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Experience upselling packages and converting consultations into treatment plans while maintaining a patient-first approach
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and patient retention goals
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
