About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in financial services and insurance. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who want to help individuals and families better understand financial protection strategies and long-term planning.
No prior financial services experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, training, and mentorship to help new agents learn industry fundamentals, licensing requirements, and client education processes.
This is a remote, commission-based sales position focused on helping clients evaluate insurance and financial protection options based on their goals and needs.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective clients virtually
- Conduct basic financial needs assessments to better understand client goals
- Educate clients on financial protection and planning strategies, including:
- Life insurance
- Final expense coverage
- Retirement and income strategies
- Annuities
- Asset protection concepts
- Legacy and estate planning considerations
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
Ideal Background
Experience in any of the following may be beneficial but is not required:
- Customer service
- Sales
- Marketing
- Leadership or management
- Public speaking
- Business, entrepreneurship, or finance-related interests

Requirements
- Must currently reside in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and obtain a Social Security Number
- Must pass a background check in accordance with state licensing requirements
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing costs are the responsibility of the applicant)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Pay: $48,707.64 - $58,658.66 per year
