Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the latest ladies’ fashion items that suit their style and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and styling advice to enhance customer experience and promote featured collections
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store looks inviting at all times
- Perform regular stock replenishment, inventory checks, and stocking duties to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or grocery store environment with cashiering responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to assist in team coordination when needed
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos, merchandising tasks, and stock management efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales performance while maintaining genuine customer relationships
