What You'll Do (Your Impact)
As a CNA at Midlands, you are the heart of our residents' daily lives. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your energy and communication are truly valued:
- Quality Care: Provide essential daily living support.
- Tech-Forward: Use PointClickCare (PCC) for easy, accurate documentation.
- Clinical Collaboration: Assist with catheter care or wound care under nursing supervision.
- Confidentiality: Maintain high standards of HIPAA and resident privacy.

What You Bring to the Table
- Certification: Active Iowa or Nebraska CNA Certification.
- Experience: We are looking to add a couple of seasoned CNAs to the team to help with training and mentoring the next group of dedicated caregivers!
