Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our homecare team. We are looking for an RN to complete homecare assessments ONLY.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and utilize sonography techniques as needed.
- Provide health coaching to patients and their families for better health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain aseptic technique during procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Assist in long-term care management for patients with chronic conditions.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Support pediatric patients by utilizing experience with children in clinical settings.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and aseptic techniques is essential.
- Experience working with children is a plus, particularly in pediatric or family health settings.
- Background in long-term care facilities or similar environments is advantageous.
