Job Overview
Looking for Sushi Chef to create traditional sushi rolls and nigiri. Candidate will work 5 - 6 days a week. Sushi experience required. Housing provided for right person.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble sushi dishes according to established recipes
- Create new sushi dishes
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
