The Berkshire Country Club is looking to add to our amazing team of hospitality professionals. We are a private member owned Country Club, located just outside of Reading, that offers multiple recreational activities, dining experiences and Club events.
We are currently hiring individuals who are passionate about the food and beverage industry.
What are we looking for?
Servers that have the desire to make every encounter with our members and guests a memorable experience that they will want to share.
Experience serving in an upscale environment preferred. (Not required)
Flexibility to work in all of our dining outlets. (Inside and outside)
If you are energetic, outgoing and passionate about service, we want to meet you!
What we require.
A neat, clean and well-kept appearance.
At least one year of serving experience.
Reliable transportation.
Flexibility in scheduling. Morning, day, evening, weekends, holidays and special events.
To be of legal age to server alcohol.
