Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Server/Bartender to join our team at our high-volume cocktail lounge. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you have a passion for crafting unique cocktails, providing excellent service, and have experience with Toast POS, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Serve and bartend in a high-volume cocktail lounge, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails following precise recipes and presentation standards.
- Take orders and accurately input them into the Toast POS system.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and ensure accurate change is given.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure inventory is properly stocked and communicate supply needs to management.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, drink preparation, and recipe cards.
- Must know Toast POS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
