Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Bed Weeding Technician and play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! Responsibilities
- Remove weeds, invasive plants, and unwanted vegetation from landscape beds using hand tools such as hoes, trowels, and weed pullers.
- Occasionally assist with general landscape maintenance tasks including edging, mulching, and planting to support overall garden health.
- Use power tools and small machinery like trimmers or blowers to clear debris and maintain tidy beds.
- Collaborate with team members on landscape projects, including planting new floral or plant installs
- Maintain safety standards by properly handling tools and equipment such as shovels, pruners, sheers,rakes
- Document completed work and report any issues related to landscape health or equipment malfunction.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge with experience handling hand tools and power tools used in landscaping.
- Familiarity with, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture principles.
- Experience with landscaping equipment including trimmers, blowers, or small engine/battery operated equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of tree care practices such as pruning, trimming, or planting is desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors for extended periods while maintaining safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to weed removal and landscape upkeep.
- Prior experience in landscape installation is advantageous but not required.
