Job Summary:
The Physician/Outreach Liaison is responsible for executing field marketing strategies to promote our medical services and foster relationships between our providers and potential clients. This role serves as the key connection between our company and referring physicians, ensuring clear communication, the distribution of marketing materials, and the promotion of our services. The Physician/Outreach Liaison will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation and the cultivation of strong relationships within the medical community.
While this is a remote position, the role will require working from your vehicle, as the role is travel heavy. The position will travel through our Northern Virginia region with our offices based in Warrenton, Manassas, Culpeper, and Haymarket.
In addition to core responsibilities, the role may also include supporting operational functions within the clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute field marketing campaigns, providing continuous feedback to team lead ensure effectiveness.

Develop a deep understanding of all services offered by the practice, staying informed about the latest medical services provided by our team.

Plan, coordinate, and lead Peripheral Artery Diseasescreenings, educational talks, and health events.

Follow up with attendees from events to schedule consultations and encourage them to take the next step for their health.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Provide regular reports on the status of field marketing activities, including weekly and monthly updates.

Meet with senior centers, local businesses, wellness groups, and community groups to build awareness of our company and relationships within the community.

Document and share lead and customer intelligence with the sales team to enhance business development efforts.

Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians, keeping them informed about the services offered by the practice.

Engage with community platforms and partners to promote the care and services provided by our practice.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards within the medical community

Train on and develop an understanding of clinical operations as they align with the responsibilities of the role.

Provide operational support within the clinic setting as needed.

A sales, marketing, or business-related degree is preferred or equivalent business and/or customer service experience

Strong communication skills

Quick and competent learner in order to memorize procedures offered as well as related medical information.

Medical background or clinical experience is a plus
