Third Party Administration firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan Administrator:
Your responsibilities will include processing retirement plan contributions, common remitter functions, census and plan data preparation, processing loans/distributions, handling participant and client phone and email communications, and other customer service needs as they arise in working with our Processing team and under the direction of our Retirement Plan Consultants.
The opportunity we have would be located in our Duluth (MN) office located in Canal Park. A compensation package will be determined based on your experience, skills, and education, but the position is generally considered an entry-level opportunity with salary in a $30,000-$40,000 range. The position is full-time and will be eligible for our benefits package including our group medical insurance, group dental, employer funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), employer funded Health Savings Accounts (HSA), 401(k) and Profit Sharing retirement plan including 3.5% QACA Match, Section 125 Flex/Cafeteria, company paid Short-Term Disability insurance, voluntary and supplemental insurance options, parking, and PTO plus paid holidays. Minimal to no travel will be required.
