We’re seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine to join our high-performance, burnout-proof clinical model across our vibrant Northern Virginia locations (Alexandria, Arlington).

No after-hours or weekend call obligations

Minimum 3-day/week schedule (full-time preferred)

Dedicated scribes + MAs for every shift

On-site labs, efficient EMR workflows

Advanced Virtual Medical Assistant pilot program to offload:
- Progress notes
- Lab prioritization
- Patient screening
- Telephone follow-ups
- No “homework” — finish documentation during your shift

Requirements:

Current or pending Virginia medical license
-
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Strong communication skills + team spirit
-
Experience in outpatient care preferred

Passion for preventive care + patient-centered medicine
