We’re seeking a full-time Warehouse lead who is passionate about PO receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, product rotation, and team coordination while ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity standards are met. The Warehouse Lead serves as the first point of contact for warehouse associates and helps maintain efficient workflow throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, loading, replenishment, and shipping operations.
- Provide direction, training, and support to warehouse employees.
- Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and food/beverage handling requirements.
- Monitor order accuracy and verify products are loaded according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper rotation of beverage inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, docks, and storage locations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverage products to maintain quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong leadership skills and a professional attitude.
- At least 2 years of prior warehousing experience.
- Comfortable lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks (bending, standing, twisting, etc.) throughout the day.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, lift trucks, and hand trucks.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and shipping procedures.

- Basic computer and warehouse management system (WMS) knowledge preferred.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time position – 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
