We are a locally owned insulation company based in Central Kentucky. Our crews work in residential homes installing foam insulation, attic insulation, and air sealing products.
This is NOT sitting behind a desk all day. Some days are dirty, some are hot, and some are easy money — but we need people who show up when they commit.
What the Job Looks Like
You’ll mainly be assisting our lead installers and crew with:
- Carrying materials and equipment
- Helping set up and clean up jobsites
- Assisting in attics, crawlspaces, and garages
- Running hoses, tools, and insulation materials
- Keeping homes clean and customers happy
- Learning insulation and construction skills on the job
No insulation experience required. We can teach the work.
What we cannot teach is reliability and work ethic.
Schedule
This is an on-demand / flexible position:
- Some weeks may have multiple work days
- Some weeks may have little or no work
- We often know our labor needs only a few days ahead of time
- If you have certain days you’re consistently available, we can often work around that
This is ideal for someone wanting flexible extra income rather than guaranteed full-time hours.
Pay
- $16–$20/hour starting pay
- Based on experience, availability, and dependability
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
- 1099 contractor position
- Pay increases available quickly for people who prove dependable and work hard
Requirements
- Must show up when scheduled
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
