At Hotel ZaZa, the Bartender plays a key role in delivering an elevated and engaging bar experience. This position is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while providing attentive, personalized service that reflects our luxury boutique brand. As a brand ambassador, the Bartender creates a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere while managing guest interactions with professionalism and style.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hotel ZaZa standards

Provide knowledgeable and engaging service by guiding guests through the cocktail menu, wine list, and specials

Maintain full awareness of bar guests’ needs, ensuring timely and attentive service

Ensure accuracy in order taking, drink preparation, and a cash/transaction handling

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, tools, and workstations

Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and bar prep as needed

Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all regulations

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Execute opening and closing duties, including prep and breakdown of the bar area

Uphold grooming, uniform and Hotel ZaZa service Standards, including all safety protocols

Previous bartending experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with the ZaZa brand.
- Ability stand, and move throughout the dining area for extended periods, occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds
