Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher, A 2s teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering a love for learning through engaging lesson plans and activities.

Responsibilities
- Educate and care for preschool-aged children in a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards while incorporating Montessori principles.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Manage the classroom effectively to create an organized and positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those requiring special education services.
- Foster social skills through group activities and collaborative play.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and early childhood education principles.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain order while encouraging creativity.
- Proficiency in lesson planning that incorporates math and other foundational skills.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
