Position Overview:
DUO is seeking a skilled and professional Server/Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining the standards of fine dining service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and polished service to all guests
- Execute both front-of-house service and bar operations with efficiency and consistency
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages to DUO standards
- Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and beverage pairings
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service
- Handle high-volume service periods with professionalism and composure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in serving and/or bartending (fine dining experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
