Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations and involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting our delivery fleet.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a non temperature controlled warehouse environment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare, stage, and organize orders for delivery
- Load and unload company delivery trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory and organized warehouse space
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–65 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to be trained
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- High school diploma or GED
