Grace Performance is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Powersports Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the powersports industry. You will perform basic maintenance, assist with pick-ups and deliveries, and complete fundamental mechanical repairs while receiving hands-on training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance services (oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire service, lubrication, etc.)
- Complete basic mechanical repairs under supervision
- Assist with customer vehicle pick-ups and deliveries
- Follow service procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and uphold safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training (including off-site manufacturer training) and continuously develop technical skills
- Support the service team as needed, including potential off-site work and after-hours tasks
Schedule
- Full-time, based on a 40-hour work week
- Alternating Saturdays required
- Overtime available and expected during peak seasons
- Must be willing to work Saturdays, occasional after-hours, and off-site as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement a plus)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to personal and professional growth
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No prior powersports experience required — we will train the right candidate

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
