Communicates appropriately with the interdisciplinary home care team in a timely manner, reporting any changes in patient?s condition to appropriate professional staff.

- High School Diploma or GED - Required
- One (1) year experience - Preferred
- Certified Nurse Aide-Preferred
- Minimum of 75 hours of Nurse Aide training-Required. If no previous nurse aide training, applicant may attend UPMC Home Healthcare Nurse Aide Training Course as available upon hire.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Preferred: Nurse Aide Registry in good standing either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located. Required: CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
