Machine Operator
Shifts: 12-Hour rotating shift (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM), other shifts could be available

What you will be doing:
- Operate and Monitor Machinery: Run and adjust production equipment, including performing routine setups and minor calibrations, to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Material Handling: Use equipment like pallet jacks and lifts to safely load raw materials, transport finished goods, and manage inventory within the work area.
- Quality Control & Documentation: Conduct frequent in-process checks on materials, identify faults, and accurately document production counts and quality data (often involving scanning or logging).
- Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S standards, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and strictly follow all safety protocols.
- Team Support: Help with product changeovers and line start-ups, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain a smooth workflow.
What you will bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of stable work history
- Safety mindset - open to training
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks/time effectively.
- Good communication and organizational skills—you're a clear communicator who can keep things running smoothly.
