Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Professional who is driven, personable, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset. You’ll play a key role in our customer experience by responding to leads, setting appointments, and guiding customers through the car-buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, text, email, and social media
- Set appointments and follow up with potential buyers
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our inventory, especially rebuilt title vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Contribute positively to a strong, supportive company culture
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales (automotive sales experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and self-discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
