- Evaluate pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, physical, or cognitive challenges.
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Provide interventions to improve motor skills, sensory integration, coordination, and activities of daily living.
- Educate families and caregivers regarding home strategies and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of the NBCOT examination.
- Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
