Project Superintendent – Golf Course Irrigation

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on golf course irrigation renovation and installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, problem-solving, organization, and getting projects completed safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily field crews and project activities.
- Oversee irrigation installation, pipe replacement, tie-ins, and turf restoration.
- Plan and phase work around golf course operations, tournaments, and maintenance schedules.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper installation.
- Manage project materials, inventory, deliveries, and equipment.
- Communicate daily with golf course personnel, customers, and project management.
- Troubleshoot unexpected field conditions, leaks, breaks, and installation challenges.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Track project progress, materials, and field changes.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in construction, irrigation, utilities, landscaping, or field supervision.
- Golf course irrigation experience is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read plans and understand irrigation systems.
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing crews in an active jobsite environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
