We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee Deerview Crossing in Statesville, NC. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This is a part-time position averaging 20-29 hours per week.
Summary of Position:

Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments

Resident certifying
-
Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails

Completing all lease paperwork
-
Completing and processing applications
-
Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents

Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.

Upkeep the office and clubhouse
-
Rent collections
-
Processing invoices
-
Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
