Warehouse Hardware Processor Pipeline
Shift: 7a-3:30p
This role is focused on high-volume processing of IT hardware including server teardown, drive removal, and preparation of equipment for secure data destruction and downstream recycling.
What you’ll do:
Disassemble servers, storage arrays, and IT hardware
Remove HDDs, SSDs, and internal components from equipment
Prepare drives for secure data erasure workflows
Sort, box, and stage hardware for processing or shipment
Follow strict data security and chain-of-custody procedures
Maintain clean, organized, production-line workflow
What we’re looking for:
Warehouse, production, or IT hardware teardown experience preferred
Comfortable working with hand tools and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
High attention to detail (especially around data security processes)
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable, consistent attendance and strong work ethic
Able to lift, move, and handle hardware safely
Team-oriented with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Electronics recycling or refurbishing experience
Basic computer hardware familiarity
Inventory or packaging experience
