Front Office Manager — Cambria Hotel Denver Airport
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Cambria Hotel Denver Airport is seeking an experienced, hands-on Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What You'll Do
This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor, leading by example, coaching front desk staff, resolving guest issues in real time, and keeping operations running smoothly during peak check-in/check-out periods and everything in between. You'll also assist with airport shuttle operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in a hotel front office or guest services role required
- Choice Hotels brand experience preferred
- A flexible schedule is required — this role includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record required, to assist with airport shuttle service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing operation
- A leader who enjoys being hands-on and present on the floor, not behind a desk
