Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Automated Packaging Department on 2nd Shift. This position is responsible for packaging and processing products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards, inventory accuracy, and a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with computers, barcode scanners, automated packaging equipment, and material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive products into the ERP system using computers and barcode scanners.
- Allocate inventory to customer orders accurately.
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated and manual packaging machines.
- Perform spot checks throughout the packaging process to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Apply labels, package products correctly, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Verify quantities, product identification, and packaging specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
- Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred; basic warehouse knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to operate computers and handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials consistent with warehouse operations.
- Ability to work around warehouse equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
Training Provided
Qualified candidates will receive training on:
- Automated and manual packaging equipment
- ERP system transactions and barcode scanning
- Tow motor (forklift) operation
- Order picker operation
- Turret truck operation
- Company safety procedures and warehouse processes
